Spiegeltent Newcastle regrets it is not possible to refund a completed booking. Please respect the Front of House staff’s instructions.
In the event of wet weather, shows will go ahead unless otherwise advised. Our front of house team will open the spiegeltent doors early and do their absolute best to seat everyone as quickly as possible. Please bring an umbrella and/or weather appropriate clothing to stay dry while you wait.
In the case of cancellation, we will email anyone who bought a ticket for that session and post a notification on our Facebook pages Blanc de Blanc and Spiegeltent Newcastle.
